Nicholas Frank and I have just come to the end of our working with Amir Hosseini and his research team at Ilia in Iran. Amir and his team have been a real pleasure to work with. During our time together we focused on:
*Multi level selection and the keys to resilience - Variation, selection and replication
*The six keys to psychological flexibility/adaptability
*Building and developing both an individual and collective matrix for moving towards what you want
*Developing a Vision and Purpose
*Developing the eight core design principles for team effectiveness (based on the Nobel prize winning work of Elinor Ostrom)
Working on this project serves as a powerful reminder that, irrespective of location, humans share numerous hopes, dreams, and fears, along with many common desires and necessities (needs). Each culture exhibits unique characteristics; for instance, Iran's perception of time differs from that of the UK. Amir highlighted this distinction by sharing a specific link: https://lnkd.in/emDjTBjf
